JOB SUMMARY
HR Assistant with good sales skills to work in a Consulting firm in Ikeja.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, counseling, counselling and coaching all staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 3 years’ Experience in HR or similar field.
- Must have worked in a consulting firm.
- Must have background in finance/ financial management.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations. Strong knowledge of labor law, employee compensation, policy and procedure.
- Good with HR analytics and software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PPT, Google Sheet, Google Docs.
- Excellent Recruitment skills.
- Excellent Proposal writing skills.
- Excellent Bidding for HR deals.
- Open to travelling.
- Female Preferably
- Must live within or around the axis of Ikeja.
- Outstanding ability to accomplishing tasks that requires flexibility.
- Ability to work in groups and alone.
- Good communication, management and interacting skills.
- Proactive in all duties.
