LOCATION

IKEJA, LAGOS.

JOB SUMMARY

HR Assistant with good sales skills to work in a Consulting firm in Ikeja.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling, counselling and coaching all staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Leading a team of junior human resource manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 to 3 years’ Experience in HR or similar field.
  • Must have worked in a consulting firm.
  • Must have background in finance/ financial management.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations. Strong knowledge of labor law, employee compensation, policy and procedure.
  • Good with HR analytics and software.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PPT, Google Sheet, Google Docs.
  • Excellent Recruitment skills.
  • Excellent Proposal writing skills.
  • Excellent Bidding for HR deals.
  • Open to travelling.
  • Female Preferably
  • Must live within or around the axis of Ikeja.
  • Outstanding ability to accomplishing tasks that requires flexibility.
  • Ability to work in groups and alone.
  • Good communication, management and interacting skills.
  • Proactive in all duties.
