Responsibilities:
- Planning and hosting press conferences to announce major news or address crises.
- Developing strategies and procedures for working effectively with the media.
- Maintaining good working relationships with customers that walk into the hotel organizations.
- Collaborating with all department staff to have firsthand information on the company services to ensure a god public image.
- Working with various teams to organize and host public events and promotions.
- Speaking directly to the public or guest to address questions and represent the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
- Prior experience in a public relations role or customer service.
- Must live in Bida or willing or relocated.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Organized and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Good communication skill
- Must be well detailed and outspoken
- Great public speaking and interpersonal skills.
