Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the need of the Customer and sell the bank products.
- Sell the banks Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports Head of Department
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
- Cross-sell opportunities to customers/clients
- Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer.
- Ensure all loans are booked as required by customer
- Monitor all loan repayments
- Ensure timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening and cheque book issuance.
- Ensure assigned sales target are met.
- Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration or any relevant course.
- Experience as a Direct Sales Agent/ Marketer with a Microfinance Bank.
- Should be able to meet target.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills in the use of Microsoft office suite and working knowledge of banking software.
- Willingness to work on flexible scheduling negotiation
- Must be smart and proactive
- Must be willing to also work in a team.
