We are recruiting for our client, a top brand in the fashion industry in Nigeria. We are looking for an experienced Administration/HR Manager to supervise daily operations and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the company .Admin Responsibilities Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments HR Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Requirements and skills*Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Degree in Business Administration and Professional certification in HR An analytical mind with problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities A team player with leadership skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₦ 200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month Application Question(s):If considered successful, would you be able to resume immediately?Where do you currently live?Would you be willing to work on Saturdays?Experience:HR/Administration: 5 years (Preferred)
