Job Description
Responsibilities
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff for company and client.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, counseling and coaching the staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews for all staff (including outsourced staff).
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related social science course.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Admin Officer.
- Must reside in Surulere, Orile and environs
- Ability to give presentations.
- Must be firm, bold and ready to face challenges.
- Able to engage the staff and ensure they work well.
- Must be smart and outgoing
- Male preferably.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and other Goggle tools.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
