Salary – 80,000 Net Salary

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff for company and client.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling and coaching the staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews for all staff (including outsourced staff).
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related social science course.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Admin Officer.
  • Must reside in Surulere, Orile and environs
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Must be firm, bold and ready to face challenges.
  • Able to engage the staff and ensure they work well.
  • Must be smart and outgoing
  • Male preferably.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and other Goggle tools.
  • Must be ready to resume immediately.
